Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Sexual Health and Wellness Products

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling our sexual health and wellness products to our customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on how to make their love life more exciting. You will be working in a very conservative demographic, so sensitivity and professionalism are key. The successful candidate will be comfortable discussing human sexuality, promoting sexual wellness and health, and offering creative ideas to customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, merchandising the store, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide them with a warm and inviting atmosphere in the store.

Offer expert advice on sexual health and wellness, and assist customers with their questions and concerns.

Provide creative ideas and solutions to customers to help them make their love life more exciting.

Maintain knowledge of our products, promotions, and events to best assist our customers.

Manage inventory, including restocking, organizing, and counting products.

Keep the store clean and well-maintained, including merchandising and creating attractive displays.

Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers leave the store feeling satisfied and informed.

Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a related industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to discuss sensitive topics in a professional and respectful manner.

Passion for sexual health and wellness and the ability to confidently communicate the benefits of our products.

Creativity and problem-solving skills to help customers achieve their desired outcome.

Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for each customer.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
